Reminiscing the Past in Modern Interpretation of Herodia Watches

Driven by the spirit of the Swiss watchmaking industry, Herodia aims to reintroduce the sports watch trends of the 50s and 60s with modern technology. Started in the Swiss watchmaking town of Reconvilier in 1948, Herodia began its journey as a family-owned company, the Maggy family of Milan.

It didn't take long for Herodia to get global attention as the company's distribution had spread across the United States, Europe, and Asia within a few years. The exceptional and captivating timepieces that are built entirely upon the values of Swiss manufacturing are considered the main contribution to the success.

Some of the distinctive value of Herodia's watches can be spotted in the use of unique and varied watch cases as well as Herodia's interest to use advanced movements, such as the Lemania (the 1960s to 1970s), and the Valjoux.

In the present day, the entire manufacturing process is done in Switzerland where professional watchmakers lead the whole steps from design to production. That revival brings Herodia as the trusted main supplier of watches for the Italian army. Ever since then, Herodia began to embrace another path to create reliable watches for the army and special corps.
