Ordering & Shipping

Orders are shipped within 3 working days from GNOMONWATCHES in Singapore City, Singapore - Monday - Friday for orders received before 2.00pm(GMT+8).
Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on Monday morning.

During sales or special promotions, processing may take longer.

In all cases, GNOMONWATCHES reserves the right to delay a shipment if the order is not able to be shipped for reasons beyond control.

All GNOMONWATCHES deliveries include insurance till your watches/straps are on your wrist. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you do not receive the goods in person (i.e. for gift orders or where an item has been signed for by a concierge/reception desk) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

All orders are trackable online. An automated email will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Every item bought from GNOMONWATCHES will be tested on our WITSCHI timing machine for accuracy and WITSCHI water resistant tester for water integrity before we ship. In the event that you received a damaged or wrong order, it must be reported to GNOMONWATCHES within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.

GNOMONWATCHES ships worldwide using Singpost Airmail or DHL Express/FedEx delivery depending on shipping option chosen during checkout.

GNOMONWATCHES reserve the rights to ship DHL Express orders via FedEx for out of boundary locations or locations deemed unsafe. No written consent necessary on our part as long as transit time is not affected.

SHORTAGES AND DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

Any shortages or damages must be reported to GNOMONWATCHES within 24 hours or next working day from the delivery date.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Yes you will. An email with the order details will be sent to you automatically once an order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Estimated DHL Express transit time* after dispatch:

USA and Canada: 2-4 days, according to the final destination
Europe: 2-4 days / 3-5 days for remote areas
South America: 3-5 days
Asia and the Middle East: 2-3 days
Australia and Oceania: 2-3 days for major cities / 3-5 days for remote areas
Africa: 3-5 days
Russia: 14-21 days. Shipment is only possible by EMS

USA: 10-28 days, according to the final destination
Europe: 7-28 days
South America: 7-28 days
Asia: 5-28 days
Australia and Oceania: 7-28 days
Africa and the Middle East: 14-28 days
Canada: Up to 6 weeks due to customs. Please use DHL Express if urgent.

According to Singpost; Due to the on-going COVID-19 situation, all small items with tracking service will be delivered to the letterbox. Please check your letterbox if your item status reflects delivered. International shipments will be substantially delayed due to global border closures.

*All transit time quoted are quoted according to working days and estimated by DHL Express/ Singpost Airmail. Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays in most destinations. 

In rare cases, it may take up to 21 working days for orders to be delivered. Should you need the items urgently (eg. birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, etc) we offer DHL Express courier which is a guaranteed service.

GNOMONWATCHES shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond the control of GNOMONWATCHES.

PRE-ORDER MERCHANDISE: SHIPMENT IS UPON THE ARRIVAL OF THE MERCHANDISE

Pre-Orders are debited and invoiced the day of Order Placement. Shipment will be the day that the merchandise arrives.
Pre-Orders are confirmed orders and as such they are not refundable.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Some locations might incur additional charges due to out of boundary locations. Extra charges will be communicated before dispatch.
